Responsibilities

To provide passenger reception and check-in services to our passengers
To provide check-in service at Terminal, Hong Kong or Kowloon Airport Express Station, and Skypier
To answer passenger enquiries at Airlines Service Desk
To provide gate arrival and departure services
Perform queue management at check-in counter, boarding gate and transfer desk
To assist passenger at Self Check-in Kiosk and Self Bag Drop Counter
To provide concierge services to our customers
To complete other assignments allocated by superiors.

Requirements

HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent
Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N1)
With good communication skills and customer-oriented
Candidate with more experience in passenger service will be considered as Service Leader
