Relationship Manager – Investment & Insurance (Taiwan Focus)

Responsibilities:

• Explore Taiwanese business opportunities which facilitate customer acquisition for the segment of Taiwan customers; fulfil customer banking / financial needs by providing professional and exceptional customer service

• Provide financial solutions to Taiwan customers to achieve business targets on wealth management (investment & insurance)

• Identify Taiwan customer needs through financial analysis and portfolio review

• Cultivate long-term relationship with Taiwan customers and explore new business opportunities through marketing and cross-selling bank products and services

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines with at least 2 years sales experience in consumer banking field

• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in banking industry

• Qualifications in IIQE/HKSI related areas and Qualification in ECF are preferred

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua

• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure 

• Proficient in MS Office applications
