Responsibilities:

• Prepare loan facilities and all related documentation with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct checking on loan documentation in both pre and post drawdown phases.
• Manage end-to-end loan disbursement and redemption processes.
• Act as the liaison with regulatory authorities, law firms, surveyors and insurance providers to support seamless operations.
• Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including document filing, data entry, and contribution to ad-hoc departmental projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above, degree holder is preferable
• 2 years of relevant experience in Loan/Credit Administration/Documentation
• Basic loans knowledge
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good in MS office software application and Chinese Word processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
