Responsibilities

  • Ensure the room availability is accurately reflected in the booking system

  • Manage the room assignment and collaborate with other departments to maximize room occupancy while maintaining guest satisfaction.

  • Assist with managing overbookings, cancellations, and last-minute changes

  • Support the team as needed, performing additional duties assigned by the Supervisor to maintain smooth front office operations.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Front Office experience, preferably in similar role.

  • Motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
