Responsibilities:
• Responsible for assisting front office operations
• Handle Check in / Check Out procedures for the guests
• Provide courteous, professional and efficient service at all times
• Build up positive relationship and connections with the guests
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related discipline
• 1 year relevant experience in luxury hotels / hospitality industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and Opera System
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
