Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of administrative work to F&B department
- Interact with all departments on administrative related issues
- Ad hoc administration support
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Management or related disciplines
- Minimum of 1 year relevant administrative experiences
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese & Potunghua)
- Detail-minded, pleasant with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
- Proficient in MS, CANVA application, knowledge in Oracle system is advantageous
