Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate banking customers to capture potential business opportunities
- Structure credit facilities and cross-sell the Bank's services and products to meet customers’ needs
- Prepare credit proposals, review existing facilities, monitor customer's risk profile to achieve business targets and mitigate potential risks
- Maintain and enhance long-term customer relationships
- Provide guidance and support to junior members
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Management, Banking, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in credit and relationship management, preferably in Corporate/Commercial/SME Banking segment
- Strong credit analysis and risk management skills as well as ability to analyze and make sound judgments on complex financial information
- Holder of ECF on Credit Risk Management (ECF-CRM) preferred
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Strong service and sales orientation with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
