Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital banking strategy that aligns with the bank's overall business objectives, focusing on customer experience, innovation, and growth.
Identify and explore new digital banking solutions to address customer (both personal and corporate customer) pain points and emerging trends, staying ahead of the competition.
Lead the digital banking team in project lifecycle management, from user requirements preparation to implementation, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with the Information Technology team and vendors to develop effective implementation plans for digital banking projects.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including various functional teams, to develop, enhance, and manage digital banking products and services.
Negotiate with external parties, including system vendors and business partners, to drive new business development and marketing support.
Ensure proper risk management and compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, working closely with relevant units such as Compliance & Risk Management.
Lead and grow the digital banking team, developing talent and capabilities to support the company's digital transformation journey.
Requirements:
University graduated preferred.
At least 15 years of experience in the banking industry, with a strong background in digital banking.
A seasoned executive with extensive experience in driving digital transformation, including the development and delivery of digital products and services through various channels.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital banking strategies.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop talen.t
In-depth knowledge of digital banking products, services, and technologies, as well as regulatory requirements.
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance risk and reward.
Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills. Able to effectively manage and prioritize the needs of diverse internal and external stakeholders, while leading and influencing others to achieve desired outcomes.
Ability to lead and apply digital project lifecycle, encompassing product development, technical expertise, market analysis, and customer-centric considerations.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas, build strong relationships, and facilitate effective collaboration.
