Responsible Officer (Type 9)

Responsibilities

• Monitor the Company's licensed activities 
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and auditors as necessary
• Manage daily operations, review and update policies and procedures to ensure in comply with rules and regulations
• Provide advice to the top management and implement business strategies
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by the Directors. 

Requirements

• University degree (Preferably in Accounting, Finance and Economics or related discipline)
• Current holder of SFC Responsible Officer license for Type 9 regulated activities. Previous experience of Type 4 RO is not necessary but would be viewed as preferable. 
• Good knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management. 
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in asset management / fund management / portfolio management. Fresh graduate will not be considered. Outstanding candidate will less experience will be considered for the role of conditional RO.
• A self-starter and able to work multi-task when necessarily. 
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
