Responsibilities:
- Assist in the initiation and execution of credit-related projects to strengthen the Bank's risk management framework and optimize operational efficiency
- Support the implementation and enhancement of credit-related systems
- Assist in the review, enhancement and deployment of Management Information System (MIS) infrastructure and process improvements
- Support post-lending credit reviews and credit control activities related to program lending products, ensuring adherence to internal credit policies/guidelines, and external regulatory requirements
- Participate in ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in credit and risk management, and monitoring functions in banking industry preferred
- Holder of ECF-CRM an advantage
- Self-motivated with strong data analysis skills in MS Excel
- Knowledge of programming tools, including SAS, Python and SQL preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
