Operations Clerk (5-month Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to Sales & Operations team for daily all-round sales and administrative support in beauty centres and office 
  • Communicate closely between office and beauty centres on daily operations issues
  • Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing monthly roster, and handling correspondence related to operational activities
  • Assist in organizing meetings to enhance communication and operational effectiveness
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3 years or above experience in end-to-end operation, preferably in beauty centre industry
  • Well-organized and detail-minded, self-motivated with good communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in an organized manner in a fast-paced organization and cross-functional team environment
  • Good command of both written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency with MS Office, English and Chinese word processing
