Manage fleet team to ensure smooth daily local distribution plan and effective manpower deployment to optimize high level of service
Involve warehouse and distribution function on planning and management of manpower, resources allocation and business needs
Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes to optimise distribution performance and review operations periodically to maintain a healthy logistic flow
Support the transformation projects including system automation to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, productivity, and efficient logistics operations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree holder or above in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline
5-8 years experience in Local Distribution / Warehouse / Logistics / Supply Chain field or related area preferred
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, and proficiency in logistics software
Proficient with MS Office, especially familiar with Excel formula
A good team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills
Demonstrate high levels of responsibility and professionalism
