Assistant Personal Banking Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality of customer service and handle customers’ inquiry in branch network
  • Identify customer needs and provide banking services and solutions in order to achieve business targets
  • Assist Personal Banking Managers in the daily maintenance of customer relationships
  • Promote product campaigns to acquire new business and strengthen customer loyalty
  • Ensure compliance requirements are strictly observed and followed

Requirements:

  • University degree / Associate degree holders, and fresh graduates; or HKCEE / HKDSE holders with at least one year of working experience, preferably sales & marketing experience in banking industry
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Qualifications of HKSI & IIQE will be an advantage
  • Sales and service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
