Assistant Human Resources and Administration Officer (F&B)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources Duties such as Compensation and Benefits, recruitment, payroll and MPF calculation, employee attendance and leave record etc.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and offboarding
  • Coordinate staff performance review and reward processes
  • Update and review employee handbook with newly Human Resources policies and procedures from time to time in compliance with Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and Inland Revenue Ordinance
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments


Requirements

  • High Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 2-3 years of hands-on and solid HR experience in F&B or hospitality industries
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
