Steward 管事清潔員

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for washing and quality control of operation equipment, chinaware, glassware and flatware.
• Provide burnishing of silverware, kitchen cleaning and garbage disposal services.
• Assist frontline departments in achieving guest satisfaction by providing them with the necessary support, service and equipment.

工作職責:

• 負責清潔廚房，清洗餐具及處理廚房垃圾
• 提供拋光銀器，廚房清潔和垃圾處理服務
• 支援和協助前線部門以提高更好的客戶服務質量

Job Qualification & Experience:

• At least 2 year of experience in Food and Beverage Operations in an establishment with service standard pitched at deluxe level, preferably in hotels.
• Fluent spoken Cantonese, simple English reading & conversation.
