The Role
The job holder’s major responsibilities are to:
- Organize a team of Storekeepers to operate the Store in an effective and safe manner by following the relevant company policies, procedures and guidelines
- Ensure proper storage and transfer of stock materials, mainly electrical & mechanical parts, and fuel & lubricants
- Ensure timely and accurate record of material movements in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Compile reports for month-end closing and stock take
- Handle internal and external store related enquiries and documentations
- Coordinate and monitor waste storage, disposal and collection
- Maintain smooth operation of the fuel station at terminal
- Prepare for regular safety and environmental audits, and handle follow-up works accordingly
The Person
The ideal candidate should have / be:
- Diploma holder or above with 5 years relevant experience in storekeeping or warehousing function
- Applicant without the specified academic qualification but with at least 10 years of relevant experience will also be considered
- Experience in using ERP and WMS
- Knowledge in electrical and mechanical parts is preferable
- Conversant with PC and Microsoft Office application
- Good written English and Chinese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- With valid forklift truck license
- Valid driving license 1 & 2 preferred
