Job Responsibilities:
Execute daily operations in compliance with established policies and procedures, including:
Processing credit card transactions
Managing merchant dispute payments
Settling with card networks (Visa/Mastercard/UnionPay)
Performing daily ledger reconciliation
Investigate transaction/payment disputes promptly and efficiently
Prepare analytical reports for management review
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Minimum 3 years’ experience in credit card payment operations
Experience in merchant acquiring / card fraud handling preferred
Expertise in card network dispute regulations (Visa/Mastercard/UnionPay) is a strong advantage
In-depth understanding of Credit card product structures, Card network operating rules, Industry best practices and Regulatory compliance requirements.
Strong organizational, analytical, and time management capabilities
Heightened risk awareness and compliance mindset
Advanced Excel proficiency
