Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in kitchen with food production
- Support kitchen operations in general and sometimes in specified area
- Understanding of kitchen hygiene practices, keeping the kitchen cleanliness.
- Responsible for hot and cold dishes
Job Requirements:
- vocational training in cuisine
- minimum 2 years’ experience in western kitchen
- Culinary experience in hotels or western restaurants is preferred
- Have passion for cuisine, team player, cheerful and good communication skills
- Good command of English and Cantonese
