Graduate Trainee - IT & FinTech

Our Graduate Trainee (GT) Program is a 15-month program, aiming to get our GTs well-equipped with market and business acumen and necessary skills, before becoming expert in IT & FinTech at PrimeCredit.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between IT teams to build up the knowledge of IT systems, operations and FinTech, which can equip GTs to have a comprehensive understanding of IT / FinTech and develop solid foundation for long-term success
• Assist to plan and roll out new business initiatives under supervisor’s coaching
• Identify business and operation improvement opportunities, and proactively feedback and contribute to the growth and development of the business

Requirements

• University final year degree undergraduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Placement / internship experience in IT field is an advantage, preferably in Banking and Finance industry
• Solid base of IT technical skills
• Good understanding in cutting-edge technologies / FinTech market trends is an advantage
• Excellent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese is required
• Think out of the box with growth mindset
• Independent, self-motivated, passionate and creative
