Job Description:

  • Provide efficient administrative and clerical support and co-ordination for internal departments including checking quotation, preparing tools for sales team, taking minutes, etc.
  • Compile sales reports and meeting materials
  • Prepare managerial report for management’s consideration
  • Make sure all sales team’ s tasks completing on time.  
  • Responsible for departmental documentation control
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments/projects of sales team members 

 

Requirement:

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (e.g.Vlookup, Pivot table) & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese & English
  • Well organized, efficient , responsible and hardworking
  • Strong numerical sense and attentive to details
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
