Director of Marketing (Ref: 250724)

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies and vision for all marketing aspects including branding, advertising & promotion, CRM, digital, communications and creative

• Manage all marketing operations to support the business operation and drive business to the Company

• Monitor brand performance with available data metric and market intelligence, analyze the data and provide recommended actions to improve brand performance

• Develop brand marketing campaigns based upon brand positioning and destination, formulate integrated marketing programs for BestMart360 & Foodville

• Lead the development and execution of brand and product marketing programs to build brand and product awareness and draw traffic

• Lead the detailed execution plans and follow through to ensure smooth operation and target achievement, in compliance with company policies, guidelines and budgets

• Develop media plan and maximize the effectiveness of media expense

• Seamlessly work with cross departments - operations and purchasing teams, manage and ensure brand equity, brand assets are on-brand execution in all relevant context

• Prepare annual marketing budgets, manage and monitor progress, report to management on status

• Develop and train the marketing team members for continuous growth with the Company

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably in Marketing or business-related disciplines      

• Over 18 years’ relevant experience, with solid marketing management experience in fast-moving consumer goods retail chain industries

• Self-driven to achieve goals, high energy level is essential

• Strong strategic thinking, innovative, creative with analytical capabilities  

• Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
