Assistant Hygiene Manager

About the role:

We are looking for a new breed of food safety professional to join us as the Carlyle & Co. Assistant Hygiene Manager. This position will take care of the full range of supporting good Hygiene and Safety practices within food processing in the club, from the development of the cleaning processes and equipment used, to associate training and frequent inspection.

What you need to have:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Thorough knowledge of HACCP and related quality assurance system.
• An ever-positive attitude with calm, confident problem-solving skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• A strong command of English

What you will do:

• Establish and maintain HACCP standard of Food & Beverage production and service of the club
• Perform regular hygiene inspections in all kitchens and food service areas.
• Prepare and provide training activities related to hygiene and food safety
• Manage supplier profiles and conduct supplier visits to fulfil HACCP standard
• Conduct food sampling and laboratory testing system according to HACCP requirements
