Job Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and participate in all food and beverage activities.
- Ensure that the preparation and quality of food provided are consistently maintained as per Hotel standards.
- To prepare and supervise daily mise en place and assures that all sections are ready supplied with fresh and high quality products based on anticipated business levels.
- To ensure accurate maintenance of recipes and product specifications.
- Lead by example, adopting a positive attitude to keep the team spirit at its highest level.
- Ensure smooth and effective communication within the Food and Beverage Division and among other departments in the Hotel.
- Attend to operational problems and needs and brought to colleagues and Executive Chef’s attention.
Job Qualification & Experience:
- At least 1-2 year of experience in Food and Beverage Operations in an establishment with service standard pitched at deluxe level, preferably with pre and post opening experience.
- Excellent presentation, counseling and presentation skills.
- Fluent spoken Cantonese and preferably English.
