We are looking for a Valet Coordinator (洗衣房聯絡員) based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As a Valet Coordinator (洗衣房聯絡員), we rely on you to:
- Handle incoming calls on guest’s laundry enquires and requests
- Collect guest laundry from guestrooms
- Check and inform any damages of guest's laundry items upon collection
- Input laundry orders and record quantities of laundry items and requests of laundry services
- Sort guest laundry items according to the materials and colours
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
- 接聽客人來電,回答洗衣問題及要求
- 到客房收取客人需要清洗的衣物
- 於收取客人衣物時,檢查衣物是否有損毀並告知客人
- 於電腦輸入洗衣訂單,並記錄洗衣數量及要求的洗衣服務
- 根據衣物材質及顔色分類客衣
- 履行其他又上司分配的工作
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Hotel Laundry Department
- Knowledge of clothing label and laundry procedure
- Good computer skills
- Good customer service skills
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- 最少一年酒店洗衣房經驗
- 具備衣物標籤及洗衣程序知識
- 良好使用電腦技巧
- 良好客戶服務技巧
- 良好英文、廣東話及普通話
