Senior Manager, Risk & Sustainability

Responsibilities

- Support Ocean Park Corporation’s (OPC) health and safety management system and initiatives to minimize the health and safety risk on employees, guests, contractors, animals, rides and seasonal attractions, and to benchmark with the international safety standards among the amusement industry

- Facilitate the effective implementation and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system and carry out ERM programs to identify, evaluate, eliminate and mitigate risks encountered by OPC during the business operations

- Facilitate the development and implementation of the business continuity management to form the part of the elements under the ERM system

- Assist the Director to oversee the OPC’s carbon management and sustainability programs (e.g. environmental promotional campaigns, carbon reduction programs and etc.)

- Perform inspection and audit duties within the premises to ensure the safety and environmental legislative compliances of the daily activities

- Respond to requests for environmental information and advice from internal departments, government authorities, NGOs, green groups and media in collaboration with other Departments

Requirements

- Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety discipline

- At least 10 years’ experience in environmental, health and safety management in corporate environment

- Must be a Registered Safety Officer of HKSAR

- Experience in enterprise risk management is preferred

- Qualified health & safety trainer

- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
