(Assistant) Operations Stock Supervisor (West Kowloon Station)

Major Responsibilities

• Review the full inventory plan for the warehouse and prepare the staff and the relevant areas.
• Lead the stock count, ensuring an accurate count and submit the results in the agreed format to the responsible department.
• Ensure that the warehouse opening and closing routines are executed properly by the stock keepers and stock supervisors in accordance with prescribed procedure.
• Prepare all the delivery orders according to the automatic replenishment system.  Prepare the delivery notes and organize the team to deliver the good to the stores.
• Ensure all transfer documents in system are checked and posted accordingly.
• In conjunction with country supply chain, follow up the arrival of the orders and prepare the warehouse to accommodate those goods.
• Supervise that all the damaged products sent from the store are collected and located in a dedicated space together with the products damaged at the warehouse. Then ensure that the system is updated accordingly.
• Ensure that all stock keepers co-ordinate with the shift supervisor and operation product manager to facilitate the return of goods from the stores, and that all requested delivery papers are together with the returned goods.
• All documents are properly filed and signed off ready for any ad-hoc inspection by relevant authority.
• Assist in protecting company assets through promoting awareness of loss prevention. 
• Ensure that all discarded products are destroyed according to the approved procedures and customs regulations.
• Inform and update the country transport team about the documentation package requirement specific for operation (Invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, special requirements etc)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in stock operations / retail management;
• Self-motivated, high integrity and able to work under pressure;
• Good communication and problem-solving skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel.
