Job Descriptions:

  • Represent the hotel management to offer on site assistances to all operation areas of the hotel whenever required in order to protect the interest of the hotel
  • Ensure high standard of services being delivered to guests, especially for special VIPs, within the hotel
  • Monitor guests comments and to ensure guests’ satisfaction
  • Perform other ad hoc job duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Front Office operation with 3 years at supervisory level
  • Mature and independent with good leadership, customer-oriented and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
