Assistant Card and Loans Team Manager

We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our team as Assistant Card and Loans Team Manager, reporting to Card and Loans Manager. 

Principal responsibilities

  • Lead a team to achieve sales target by performing telemarketing activities in promoting unsecured loan products (card, personal loan, etc.) and deliver excellent services to customers
  • Handle customer’s complaints in an efficient and professional manner
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure smooth launch of promotional campaigns, application process, migration and system enhancement projects
  • Provide coaching to subordinates to enhance their sales techniques, product knowledge and service quality
  • Keep abreast of the changes in the latest regulatory requirements, internal guidelines and policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
  • Proven experience and with knowledge of banking products and call centre business
  • Willing to work shift hours
  • Strong sales and customer service orientation, with ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of application software
