Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide bank account opening and cross selling services to clients
• Deliver financial objectives and achieve NSR target
• Cross sell appropriate banking products to clients, including but not limit to deposit, payroll, credit card, mortgage referral
• Visit clients' offices to acquire new business when needed and ensure that high quality services are provided to clients consistently
• Exercise necessary risk assessment procedures while handling new account opening

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent
• Proven experience in customer service, account opening, and sales
• Experience in banking industry and knowledge in financial products
• Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin and ability to read and write in Chinese and English
• Insurance licensed is preferred
