Main Responsibilities:
- Manage key customers to identify their requirements and seek business opportunities.
- Working with the factory process teams in new product development opportunities.
- Achieve business targets with continuous improvement in sales and profit with an aligned company strategy.
- Provide account servicing to existing customers and ensure compliance of day-to-day operation.
- Develop and implement sales strategy, including new product development and launch, promotion activation, selling space management.
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferred in Business, Nutrition/ Food Science, or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years sales and business development experience, preferably in FMCG or Food industry
- Able to work independently and result-oriented person.
- Self-motivated and a good team player able to handle multi tasks.
- Proficient in using MS Office Application
- Presentable, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
