What will you do? 

• Guest Greeting: Warmly and professionally greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a memorable first impression. 
• Reservation Management: Manage reservations, including the guest list and communications, while optimizing table assignments for efficiency and guest satisfaction. 
• Host Stand Maintenance: Maintain a polished and organized host stand, ensuring menus are pristine and the entrance area reflects the restaurant’s elegance. 
• Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with servers, sommeliers, and management to ensure smooth guest transitions and personalized service. 
• Dining Room Monitoring: Monitor the dining room to anticipate guest needs and assist with seating adjustments when necessary. 
• Restaurant Operation: Assist in general restaurant preparation and ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant 
• Professional Standards: Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, appearance, and etiquette at all times. 

What do we seek in you? 

• Previous experience as a host/hostess in a fine dining or upscale hospitality setting strongly preferred. 
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. 
• Ability to remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced, high-end environment. 
• Strong organizational skills, customer service skills, time-management skills and attention to detail. 
• Familiarity with restaurant reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, Resy) is a plus. 
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. 
• A passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
