Responsibility:
- Assist to develop, solicit and maintain business for Corporate and Long-Stay as required to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability.
- Assist to develop and execute a sales action plan to increase sales activity and profitability.
- Organize and direct overall sales activities to achieve sales volume and profits targets
- Assist to implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize sales margins and exposure
- Provide market intelligence on economic trends and competitor activities
- Perform any ad hoc sales-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in hotel management or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales within hotel industry
- Good business acumen and familiar with corporate; ideally with experience in handling long-stay segment
- Presentable, good negotiation and with excellent communication skills
- Passionate, proven problem-solving ability and a good team player with positive attitude would be advantageous
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Sales Manager.
