Receptionist 前台接待員 (1-year renewable contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming calls including taking messages & call transfer, daily business communication including phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, greeting and welcoming guests in a warmth and friendly manner, managing conference room booking, mail & courier management.
  • Responsible for the reception area and meeting rooms in clean and orderly condition.
  • Support in other administrative duties including but not limited to managers’ trip arrangement, document filing, storage, pantry & sundries management, order stationery and printing materials.
  • Provide support to management, company events and activities and assist in ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with excellent good telephone skill and manner.
  • 2 years' relevant working experience preferred.
  • Good interpersonal skills and friendly.
  • Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in MS, Words, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
