Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the team and provide regular coaching for staff development
- Monitor stock level and in-store product mix to increase sales volume and control inventory
- Regularly analyze the store performance, sales data, KPI and report to the back-end office to suggest different plans to improve store business performance
- Manage daily operations in the store
- Work closely with the back-end office in brand and staff development
We are looking for you like this:
- 5+ years or above working experience in retail industry
- Knowledge of shop operations such as stock organization, cash and credit card handling, stock count measures Detail-minded with strong analytical skills
- Great problem-solving skills, customer service oriented, self-motivated with strong leadership, team spirit, and outgoing personality
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Shop Manager
