DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Manage the stewarding team to ensure high levels of service and assist with the smooth running of the kitchens and restaurants’ daily operations.
• Supervise the work of the stewarding team, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory management and ensure the proper storage of F&B operating equipment and tools in accordance with the hotel’s hygiene standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the cleaning and maintenance of all kitchen and dining areas.
• Oversee stock control and ensure timely replenishment of operating equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure high levels of cleanliness and efficient facility management during daily operations.
• Conduct regular staff training to promote safety, adherence to operating procedures, and maintenance of quality standards.
• Liaise and communicate effectively with other departments and senior management.
• Perform any other relevant duties assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotel or related professional area
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
