HR & Admin Assistant (1-2 years relevant experience/TKO)

Job Description:

  • Provide full spectrum of human resources support including recruitment, C&B, training, performance management & employees relations.
  • Maintain and update records, reports, and documents in database system
  • Responsible for accurate data management and monitor staff attendance record
  • Assist in organizing company events and serve the company customers
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team such as filing, office maintenance, pantry supplies, stationery ordering, and reception duties
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication
  • Perform any ad hoc projects and assignments as requested by HR manager

 

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Young and Energetic, with 2 years' relevant working experience is preferred
  • Possess high professional standard of integrity and confidentiality
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills with staff at all levels
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good knowledge in Employment Ordinances and MPF Schemes Ordinance
  • Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
