Administration Executive

Hong Kong Airport Services Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support general office administration tasks in collaboration with the Operations team.
  • Manage communication and service arrangements with external vendors to ensure timely and effective facility support.
  • Oversee uniform logistics, including inventory tracking, distribution, and periodic audits to maintain compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to administrative activities and office assets.
  • Providing administrative support to the People Department.

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or coordination role.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
