Manager, Liability and FX
- Contribute to our retail everyday banking deposit strategy, optimise retail banking balance sheet and transfer pricing matters for sustainable growth
- Manage pricing and portfolio initiatives, develop customer intelligence and insights and formulate insight-based actions to drive business growth
- Collaborate various stakeholders to implement activities to enhance both internal and external customers experience on retail deposits business
- Prepare relevant strategy papers, business proposals and reports for presentation to senior management
- Keep abreast of latest market environment, regularly benchmark with market players to ensure our deposits services competitiveness and actively explore new business opportunities
- Monitor and manage products costs and control, ensure relevant control measures are in place to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank as well as meeting all the internal standard, compliance, policies & regulation
Requirements
- University Degree in Finance or other relevant disciplines/qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing retail banking products
- Results oriented with proven track record of driving business growth
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving capabilities
- Able to navigate conflicting priorities, great team player
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
