Part-time Telemarketer, Retail Channel Management

Responsibilities:

• Get Familiar with Related Marketing Program
• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Arrange customer appointments for sales staff in branches
• Answer and follow up inbound calls
• Maintain accurate documentation of calls and customer information

Requirements:

• Secondary or above
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong self-motivation with outgoing personality and ability to work independently
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Attention to detail
• PC knowledge
• Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferable
