Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities
 

• Oversee the financial accounts of our subsidiaries in both Hong Kong and the PRC, ensuring accurate and timely reporting;
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to directors;
• Provide support to senior management on the budgeting/forecasting, and coordinate the budget data collection, consolidation;
• Liaise with auditors, banks and external parties for accounting related matters;
• Other accounting and finance related tasks as assigned by management;
• Perform Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:
 

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or related discipline;
• Qualified Accountant of CPA / ACCA or equivalent;
• Minimum 10 years or above relevant working experience on managerial level;
• Strong business acumen, professional knowledge and problem solving skills;
• Able to handle multi-tasks, work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
• Strong technical accounting and familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, taxation, customs, banking, legal and government regulations and practices;
• Occasionally travel to China and other Asia countries including Malaysia is require;
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERun POS System, EmPower, ERP;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• FnB experience preferred;
• Online business experience will be a plus.
