Direct support to Imaging Section and responsible for scanning customer information received from various departments and branches.
Main responsibilities
- Performs scanning and indexing, ensure all documents uploaded within the deadline
- File all completed cases in order in cabinet and crown for future retrieval
- Perform general checial functions such as typing, photocopying, data and documents housekeeping
- Perform administrative duties assigned by supervisor
Incumbent Requirements
- Secondary education or above
- At least 1 year of working experience in banking industry
- Knowledge of banking products is preferred
- Good team player
- Good PC knowledge e.g. MS Excel, Word
- Candidate with qualification of Certified Banker is an advantage
