Job Purpose:
Responsible for executing collection activities for all retail products to reduce the delinquency rate & delinquent bucket flow ratio.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform dunning calls for & assist to handle the recovery of Personal credit facilities including Card / PL / OD / Mortgage Loan / Shortfall of other retail products (e.g. FX Margin / Share Margin / IPO, etc) as well as SME Card, SME Loan / Vehicle Loan & mortgage of corporate borrowers.
- Perform dunning calls to over limit accounts for Card / OD products
- Update call status into System for record
- Suspension / termination of problem accounts
- Handle special request from customer – online address / phone amendment, statement request, request DDA form, waiver of charges, retrieval of sale-slip
- Backup for handling inbound calls
Incumbent Requirements:
- Secondary Form 5 or above qualification
- 5 years of working experience in collection or customer service field
- Good communication & Inter-personal skills
- Sound negotiation skill
- Good PC skills – MS Word & Excel
- Good command of spoken in English & Cantonese, speaking Putonghua will be an asset
- Able to work independently under pressure & target oriented
- Having knowledge for relevant Codes, Ordinances & Guidelines introduced by HKMA / PCO / TU
