Guest Services Officer - Executive Floor (5-Day Work Week)

Job Responsibilities

  • Work on the Executive Floor operation
  • Provide daily check-in, check-out & reservation duty
  • Provide excellent service (including F&B service) and engagement with guests at the Crown Club
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. If necessary, promptly report to their superiors
  • Coordinate with internal departments in order to handle requests and complaints
  • Maintain the booking schedules for hotel rooms, transportation, and facilities

Job Requirements

  • Degree or diploma holder in Hotel Management
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a star hotel / serviced apartment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Fluent in spoken English & Mandarin
  • Familiarity with the Opera system is an advantage
