Sports Services Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform teamwork in daily operation to ensure all sports facilities and venues being ready in good condition for members’ use
• Implement club’s rules and regulations
• Coordinate with members, class providers, training coaches or sports event organizers
• Respond to members’ inquires or requests with job knowledge professionally given by the company
• Report comment or complaint to sports supervisor and sports manager
• Assist in major club events and activities

EXPERIENCE

• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a bonus)
• Post-secondary graduate or Certificate holder of Sports & Recreation
• At least 1 years working experience preferably in hospitality industry
• Excellence communication and interpersonal skill
• Must be PC literate in MS Word, Excel & Power Point
• Holder of First Aid/CPA certificate/ Pool Lifeguard Award is an advantage
• Professional on the job training will be given to fresh graduates or candidates with less experiences
