Customer Services Officer (Mon-Fri, no shift)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer feedback escalated from stores and via different channels to maintain excellent customer loyalty
• Actively manage and update all customer services-related documents
• Collect customer feedback and share insightful ideas with the team from time to time
• Support customer services team such as data entry, filing etc.
• Administrative support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above
• A  minimum of 1 year's working experience in Customer Services / Telecommunication / Tourism experience is preferred
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Chinese word processing
• Office role, Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
