Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the company
  • Assist management to conduct compliance audit to ensure that our daily operations comply with internal rules, regulations, policies, decisions, and procedures
  • Conduct research on global compliance and legal requirement to ensure our business meets designated countries’ local standard
  • Resolve disputes, escalation cases and complaints from customers via statutory bodies
  • Monitor the governance of company’s Terms & Conditions
  • Process refund to the customers
  • Monitor and perform daily credit check on the orders as per internal policy
  • Identify potential risk, chargeback, fraud and compliance issues
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Communications, Corporate Governance and Compliance, or related discipline
  • 2 years’ relevant working experience
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Good knowledge of credit card and merchant payment process is a plus
  • Payment gateway operation / fraud management experience is a plus
  • Strong critical thinking skill, attention to details, able to work independently and multi-task
  • Excellent PC skills including MS Office, Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • Right to work in Hong Kong
