Compliance Officer (eCommerce - Customer Service)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily credit check on the orders as per internal policy
  • Identify potential risk, chargeback, fraud and compliance issues
  • Resolve customers’ disputes and chargeback cases promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Assist to prepare and update manuals, SOPs and Terms & Conditions
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary or above, majoring in Risk Management, Statistics, Finance, Economics or related discipline
  • Good knowledge of credit card and merchant payment process is a plus
  • Payment gateway operation / Fraud checking experience is a plus
  • Experience in merchant payment processing field is an advantage
  • Attention to details, self-motivated and strong analytical mindset
  • Able to work independently and under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • A quick learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Excellent PC skills including MS Word, MS Excel, Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • Right to work in Hong Kong
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
