AVP, Account Onboarding & Maintenance
Manage the workflow and supervise the operation and staff of the section
Main Responsibilities:
People Management
Supervise and train the team, exercise control to streamline daily activities
Motivate and manage staff performance to ensure the predefined services performance pledge
Formulate and execute manpower allocation
Supervise and monitor the performance of the team
Coach and develop team members to ensure they are sufficiently trained and equipped
Manage the team processes to meet agreed SLA
Process Management
Streamline and supervise the daily operation of the Onboarding Section
Automate the handling onboarding procedure via system enhancement
Review and update procedure manual
Compile MIS report of the team and prepare monthly Consolidated Data Extraction Report
Observe and comply with the Bank’s policies and procedures especially the AML/CFT related requirements
Provide support and onboarding enquiries from branches, business units and related parties
Support ad-hoc projects and assignments
Requirements
University Degree Holder / High Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
at least 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in banking / finance field
Proficiency in MS Office
Good communication skills, organizational skills and problem-solving skills
Strong self-motivation and personal integrity, with good analytical and leadership skills. Good sense of responsibility
