Responsibilities 

Provide COO office coverage for GFM across Sales, Trading and Fixed Income business to drive production support, enhancements, workflow change and business control.

• Provide business management support to ensure day to day business operations across GFM
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on strategic initiatives and workflow change
• Strong GFM product knowledge – FX, Derivatives, Money Market, Security trading and Structure Product
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end transaction flow and risk areas (e.g. regulatory, capital, market risk, credit risk, settlement., etc.)
• Ability to lead and drive change – as business lead to liaise with other support, control, and business units to drive GFM initiatives
• Internal Controls with strong risk mindset– conduct review and ongoing improvement of existing controls to ensure sound controls in place for product/processes and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Automation and Data – drive automation and data tools to drive automation and streamline workflow
• Represent COO Office in taskforce, work forums or meetings
• Perform other necessary tasks as required to meet various business and control needs

Requirements 

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Global Market, Treasury or relevant fields
• Strong product knowledge of derivative and structured product in GFM business, such as spot, forward, options, swaps, repo and structured products
• Familiar with treasury product, systems, and operational model
• Capability of handling and resolving issue with confined timeline
• Ability to manage multiple work streams to meet deadlines
• Good presentation and communication skills with strong risk and control sense
• Experience with automation tool (e.g. VBA, Python) and data visualization tool (e.g. Tableau) is highly preferred
