Job Summary:
Supervise the Investment Consultant Team to work as business partner and drive sales performance of frontline sales staff to achieve the overall sales goals on investment products
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to provide quality investment advisory and appropriate investment products according to clients’ needs and risk appetite
- Execute the bank directive in investment business
- Support Cluster Manager on design business strategy and achieving the cluster’s investment business goal
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to setup investment business and sales strategic
- Monitor and drive the investment sales performance to achieve the overall sales goal
- Enhance the knowhow of sales on AML, compliance and regulatory related items
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support the ongoing investment sales activity and product launch
- Mentor and develop team members to achieve established business objectives
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
- Pass in HKSI and IIQE Licensing Examinations
- Preferably with CRWP, CFA or CFP qualifications
- Possess 10 years’ banking experience in frontline investment business sales/coaching
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
